* Fulltime students MUST provide proof of status when submitting their registration form and payment (copy of valid student ID card or letter from institution or program director).

** Post Doc fellows must provide a letter from the sponsoring Mentor on formal Institutional letterhead. To qualify for Travel Awards students and post docs must be members of the SMR. Criteria for selection of qualified students and post docs for Travel Award are based on scientific merit decided by the organizing and steering committees.

Student/Post doc Registration Fee includes:

  • *The student registration fee does NOT include the Congress Banquet. Tickets for this event can be purchase for an additional fee of $100.00

Cancellation Fees

If you cancel your registration prior to May 5, 2007, you will receive your registration fee minus $50 for administrative costs.

If you cancel your registration between May 5, 2007 and October 1, 2007, you will receive 50% of your registration fee.

If you cancel your registration after October 1, 2007, no money will be refunded.

All registration forms must be accompanied by payment, which may be made online via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express or with a bank draft or check made payable to Society for Melanoma Research, mailed to Justina Treventi at:
